      I can't think of a single pro.

      Cons

      Employees are not valued, mistreated, and verbally abused by senior staff. Management does nothing to promote a positive work environment. Extremely hostile, sexist, racist people are employed here. They seriously underpay.

      Pros

      The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

      Cons

      I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      Cons

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
