Too large of a company, easy to get lost as just another body Lack of leadership from select senior managers Disconnect or lack of understanding between management and personnel No connection between different offices. Each office acts as its own independent company. During the growth stage, CB hired everyone and anyone, regardless of their skills or competency levels
