      At least they pay for your license and furthering your education in the real estate industry.

      Cons

      Nepotism and a lot of uncomfortable fraternization in this organization. Really, it's high school all over again and unless you are a part of the cool club then you are looked down upon and micromanaged.

      Pros

      The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

      Cons

      I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      Cons

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
