Pros
Flexible schedule and autonomy depending on the account assigned to. Opportunity to change accounts every couple of years (if desired). Very fair pay.
Cons
Poorly managed account (especially a new one) can be very frustrating. Every day and every deliverable can feel like a fire drill. Clearly defined process not in place for new accounts. Feels like the wheel is reinvented every time, despite company's immense experience. No Kaiser option for medical (personal preference).
