I have been with the company for 8 months and this is hands down the best company I have ever worked for. Here are some of the reasons why: *Excellent work life balance *Employees are paid a competitive/living wage *Excellent Benefits *Endless learning opportunties *Focus on employee development *Great co-workers *The company genuinely cares about the customer experience

Cons

*The culture is VERY social and outgoing so it could be harder for those that are more introverted to adjust. *The company is always striving to create a better experience for customers and employees. You have to be willing to adapt to change and accept that sometimes the new ideas/changes work and sometimes they do not.

Excellent benefits - 5 weeks PTO annually, free healthcare for your whole family, 401k matching Fully remote workforce Regular bonus awarded through profit sharing Casual culture, work hard play hard type of vibe You can get a lot of experience on a number of projects or collaborative work with other teams

Cons

Not a great place for people who need really structured management or tasks - you need to be self-motivated enough to get things done quickly as a remote worker, and be responsible and driven enough to be able to figure stuff out on your own as it's very trimmed-down on the management and operations side. Don't work here if you're not comfortable with shifting priorities - we work fast to try new things and pivot quickly as needed.
