Pros

Excellent, EXCELLENT work life balance, no after hours calls or do-or-die situations Entire company is 100% remote, ton of flexibility with working hours and the benefits are great (free healthcare for employees and their whole family, profit sharing bonus structure, free phone, 401K match, etc.) Self-starters and achievers do very well here...no red tape or much oversight from management Fun coworkers, it's rare that someone takes themselves too seriously Industry seems projected to grow

Cons

If you're not a self-starter or care if you achieve anything at work, don't apply... you will feel lost and get left behind because there isn't a formal HR to save you and the profit sharing plan incentivizes managers to remove dead weight Exceptional talent in the worker bee ranks is rare (but to be fair the new c-suite seems to be making an effort in this arena with some recent new hires)

Pros

Excellent benefits - 5 weeks PTO annually, free healthcare for your whole family, 401k matching Fully remote workforce Regular bonus awarded through profit sharing Casual culture, work hard play hard type of vibe You can get a lot of experience on a number of projects or collaborative work with other teams

Cons

Not a great place for people who need really structured management or tasks - you need to be self-motivated enough to get things done quickly as a remote worker, and be responsible and driven enough to be able to figure stuff out on your own as it's very trimmed-down on the management and operations side. Don't work here if you're not comfortable with shifting priorities - we work fast to try new things and pivot quickly as needed.

Pros

Remote, team before everyone was let go.

Cons

Fear culture, no communication or rather, some manipulation. No collaboration amongst other teams.
