9yThank you for writing a review. We're glad to hear that your overall experience at CCC is positive. Your feedback is important to us, so we’d like to share more information on some of your areas of concern.
With regard to benefits, we understand that benefit elections are personal choices that affect how each of us experience our benefits. We do benchmark our benefits on an annual basis to ensure we stay competitive with the market, including software companies. Surveys show we are consistently better than market in both what we offer and the cost to our employees. However, because the cost of benefits is increasing annually for all companies, we know it may not always feel that way to our employees.
At CCC, we highly value employee feedback and engagement, so we regularly survey employees about a variety of company initiatives. Our next all-company engagement survey will take place in April. We hope you’ll share more of your thoughts on that survey.
We also appreciate your comments on our recruiting process. Recruiters are definitely not paid on commission for any hire! They are evaluated on quality of hire, time to fill, cost per hire and how well they manage the recruiting process overall. Our employees are encouraged to have career planning discussions with their managers, check out the list of posted jobs and to pursue new opportunities internally.
