      Pros

      Compass Community Living is a very ethical and fair place to work. The opportunities for growth are readily available and the leaders empower you to prepare for where you would like to grow. Great leadership that values every associate and everyone at the table has a voice.

      Cons

      Like most companies things are always changing - you have to take good notes & pay attention to the changes . However, the changes are for the good of the company and the associates - so not really a con!

      Pros

      Hospitality at it's truest description. We are here to be of service; it gives our day's purpose and meaning. We get to feel, see and be told directly from those whom we impact daily how much we mean to them. Spend 5 minutes with me and I'll have you just as excited to show up for your dream job.

      Cons

      Different for everyone across the company and that's a beautiful thing. It means there are no cookie cutter problems everyone is facing, each problem is unique to you, your location and allows for the ability to use creative decision making.

      Pros

      I've worked with the Compass family of companies for over 30 years, and plan to work here until retirement...what else could I possibly say!

      Cons

      No organization is perfect, but the only cons I would bring up would be viewed as petty and irrelevant in the grand scheme of employment.
