      My schedule is flexible, and I enjoy interacting and building relationships with the residents.

      Cons

      I use my personal vehicle for my violation drives and as much as I appreciate the mileage reimbursement, I also feel like we should be compensated partially for the wear and tear on our vehicles.

      Pros

      CCMC is a company that values their employees in a way that I've not been part of anywhere else I've worked. They constantly offer support and amazing communication to keep us informed and engaged.

      Cons

      They are working on getting some new technology to move forward in that area as it had been a little dated until recently.
