      Pros

      I truly feel valued here. My boss and the company genuinely care about their employees and the work we do. I’m trusted with real autonomy, and I’m proud to be in a leadership role where I feel supported and empowered. I love being able to pass those good intentions along to our residents and make a positive impact in our local community. My coworkers are wonderful—supportive, fun, and always willing to help. I feel appreciated, trusted, and proud to be part of this team.

      Pros

      CCMC is a company that values their employees in a way that I've not been part of anywhere else I've worked. They constantly offer support and amazing communication to keep us informed and engaged.

      Cons

      They are working on getting some new technology to move forward in that area as it had been a little dated until recently.
