      Colleagues and co-workers are caring. They care about the populations they serve. they are willing to make needed sacrifices to help the programs function and serve their clients.

      Cons

      Nonprofit budget affected by state budget cuts, funding source limited. Programs, program managers, program directors are being micro managed. Additional budget cuts are imminent, staff cuts will happen.

      CCMC is a company that values their employees in a way that I've not been part of anywhere else I've worked. They constantly offer support and amazing communication to keep us informed and engaged.

      Cons

      They are working on getting some new technology to move forward in that area as it had been a little dated until recently.
