      Pros

      The entire company works together as a team. Corporate directors/managers are there for support, and there are open lines of communication from janitor to CEO. Good work environment, support, and a fantastic support team in Scottsdale.

      Cons

      Benefits are decent, but it would be nice to have a better health insurance program to support your spouse and family.

      Pros

      CCMC is a company that values their employees in a way that I've not been part of anywhere else I've worked. They constantly offer support and amazing communication to keep us informed and engaged.

      Cons

      They are working on getting some new technology to move forward in that area as it had been a little dated until recently.
