Pros
The team was absolutely amazing. Everyone was helpful for everything, and there was always that question of "how can we help make this better for you" because they cared about getting work done. Management is very nice and caring, especially when situations would come up that were very sensitive with home owners, and they would get upset, and management was there to back you up as long as you are doing your job correctly. They are very community orientated and care a lot about the home owners, making sure that everyone's needs are met, and that they are happy, and they apply that same mentality to there staff.
Cons
Sometimes management didn't know how to do your specific job, so training was lacking at that time, however, I believe that there were other staff members who stepped in to help with training regardless.
