Pros
Everyone is encouraged by upper management to set your sights on rising to higher levels within the company and will provide the training to get you there if that is your goal. All levels of management are personable and seem interested in supporting their employees in helping them achieve their career goals. Day-to-day environment depends upon your immediate managers and regional managers; mine have been great! They all have provided fun team building experiences and support and encouragement. It is a great company to work for.
Cons
The nature of the job assures one of plenty of negatives attitudes and situations from residents on a regular basis, but all jobs will have some less than great aspects . Pay raises do not come in noticeable amounts within the position/location.
