THEY ARE LIARS. They hired me 2 months before announcing that they were terminating management of the community I was at (I was getting laid off), promised me a severance/bonus if I stayed through the end of the contract. I stayed, working two jobs to the end just for me not to receive my bonus, and when asked about it, they said I didn’t qualify for it because I got another job, which goes against everything told to me and sent to me in the paper they sent us.
They had no accountability for management. When I first started, Out of 60 working days I was there the community manager was there for 31 of them. So I was basically running the community by myself with no knowledge or training to go off of.
Not to mention their processes take so long as well as being overly complicated.
