I worked at CCMC for the majority of my career and it went downhill so fast within the past several years. Leadership changes frequently and those hired had little to no qualifications. Within a year of Community Management change, over 90% of our on-site team left due to poor management. Does it pay well? Sure. Is it worth the emotional stress these "leaders" place on their workers? Absolutely not. Feedback to upper management and VPs is not tolerated. Many times I watched those that provided feedback be singled out and eventually fired. Such a shame for those that actually care about the community they live and work in. If CCMC left the community I worked at for so long, I would consider returning in a heartbeat but until that happens, it's their loss.
