      Pros

      I get to work with a lot of really good people - the staff is great and the events are always fun! The residents are nice to work with too. The company really seems to care about us.

      Cons

      Sometimes things get a little hectic with a lot going on. overall things are really good.

      Pros

      CCMC is a company that values their employees in a way that I've not been part of anywhere else I've worked. They constantly offer support and amazing communication to keep us informed and engaged.

      Cons

      They are working on getting some new technology to move forward in that area as it had been a little dated until recently.
