Pretty location, easy hours, lifestyle activities was a big plus and very fun

Just okay, the manager was a micro-manger and the employees I worked with weren't always friendly and the customers that came in were angry at the HOA for letters or billing issues all the time.

CCMC is a company that values their employees in a way that I've not been part of anywhere else I've worked. They constantly offer support and amazing communication to keep us informed and engaged.

They are working on getting some new technology to move forward in that area as it had been a little dated until recently.
