      Pros

      The company is always working hard to find ways to make things better for employees. This is a difficult industry, but they compensate their team well with excellent benefits. They do all they can to create experiences to connect their team members and promote work-life balance

      Cons

      Because they manage communities and HOA management is difficult, working here can be difficult. But if you know the industry and know what you're getting yourself into, CCMC is the best there is!

      Pros

      CCMC is a company that values their employees in a way that I've not been part of anywhere else I've worked. They constantly offer support and amazing communication to keep us informed and engaged.

      Cons

      They are working on getting some new technology to move forward in that area as it had been a little dated until recently.
