Pros
Lots of training, good benefits, lovely team members, corporate is wonderful. Definitely feel like they are striving to make the company better and put employees first with training, knowledge, and restructuring as it grows to better serve the people that work there and those they work for.
Cons
Limited advancement opportunities within the resident experience track. Lifestyle directors can move into onsite management, or potentially resident experience mangers if there is availability in their region, but the rx manager role requires more travel and covers multiple regions because there are fewer of them, so it not as appealing. Residents treat onsite staff like garbage more often than not due to misunderstanding the role of an HOA and the management company brought in to oversee it. Huge burden on small staff and often not enough support either due to lacking team members or not having the budget to staff the proper amount onsite staff to run the association.
