      Rate of pay is good even though this particular position probably needs a higher rate of compensation with all of the negativity that is involved.

      Cons

      No appreciation. Lower level employees especially.

      Pros

      CCMC is a company that values their employees in a way that I've not been part of anywhere else I've worked. They constantly offer support and amazing communication to keep us informed and engaged.

      Cons

      They are working on getting some new technology to move forward in that area as it had been a little dated until recently.
