Lack of support for the community as a whole from corporate higher ups. VPs/SVPs claim to care about each community, but there is clearly favoritism shown. Corporate promised many things and did not deliver on their promises to support a struggling community. As someone new to HOA it was extremely disheartening to have questions be met with frustration. If expectations were not being met in a particular area, instead of having an adult conversation, corporate employees would gossip with one another rather than resolving the issue. Training is extremely overwhelming and the full scope of work was not presented during interview process.
