      Pros

      Kind of a flex schedule depends on your VP/ manager. If you are someone just willing to work and that’s all this is a good place to work.

      Cons

      Not a lot of communication, things are put on your plate that shouldn’t, rules change based on manager/ VP, you don’t know who has your back, and you cannot grow.

      Pros

      CCMC is a company that values their employees in a way that I've not been part of anywhere else I've worked. They constantly offer support and amazing communication to keep us informed and engaged.

      Cons

      They are working on getting some new technology to move forward in that area as it had been a little dated until recently.
