HR is a joke, They promote lazy managers that do not have the skill nor motivation to perform as they should. They do not listen to employees, nor give the proper tools, support for optimum success. CCMC only listens to the managers that drink the koolaide and tell them what they want to hear, not what is really going on at the properties. SVPs are out of touch- rarely look at what is going on at their properties (literally and figuratively) and never ask feedback from the entire team to actually find out.
