Pros

Fairly easy job to do, decent pay starting out.

Cons

More focused on the numbers in how well we are doing versus your knowledge and ability to help customers. Your support knowledge is constantly being questioned with management from others walking by and overshadowing what they think is going on versus asking each team. Too many assumptions, little to no advancement, broken promises and not able to move into other roles, terrible benefits. Behind the times in how a tech company should treat their employees. Reprimanded for ridiculous things based upon surveys when stats are high but not higher than another team that of no relation. Managers don't talk to their teammates often, and are often clueless as to what the hot topics or culture is like within the company. Inter-office communication is very weak too. When a major company change happens, you get many different answers as to why that change happened and are expected to followed said changes because they are higher management. Don't work here if you're looking for a career job.

Pros

Competitive pay and benefits (if that outweighs a toxic culture for you. My time at CDK has shown me what good leadership does NOT look like.

Cons

Leadership and management culture were the biggest issues. Poor managers are protected and good employees are left carrying the consequences. There is a strong culture of micromanagement, shifting expectations, and documentation over development. Honest feedback wasn't valued and accountability seemed to stop at management. Over time I watched team morale suffer, trust disappearing, and fellow talented employees leaving in sake of their sanity.
