Pros
The on-line training was a delight and the emphasis on growth and self-development were outstanding. I wholeheartedly supported the mentoring program seeing the opportunity to give back to the younger engineers and bring them along as a very positive part of the CDM Smith culture.
Cons
The recent reorganization has some serious learning curves to meet. The younger unit presidents are trying to step into a very difficult role with some very aggressive growth and profit goals.
