Pros

Love the work and talking and engaging with customers. It is a fun job just to help and tell everyone about the product. I love to sell stuff and I make my own goals to improve every time.

Cons

There are women who have been there for years who yell and gossip about the new ones.Instead of helping they verbally abuse the new employees and the supervisors condone it because they witness it and don't say anything. This one woman is unpredictable and comes out of nowhere and grabs things out of your hands to show you how she does it and then she touches me all the time and then giggles. It is creepy. On my second time working this one woman yelled at me as I was leaving the store and when I kept walking and egnoring her, She came up behind me and rammed her finger really hard in my lower back and I had a bruise for a week. There are laws about anyone touching you, let alone employees doing this to each other. Then the same women yelled across the back area of Costco when I had my had on the door handle of the bathroom, and yelled, I am first. Before I put my hand on the door knob I looked and didn't see anyone around me and there was no one. she just came out of the dish washing area to yell at me . She ran all the way across the back area of Costco to push in. Needless to say, I let her go in front of me. She scouwls at me and they let this continue. Needless to say, they have a huge turn over.

Cons

non fixed schedule, often call outs, management isn't the fastest but they try, standing for 4-6 hours a day.
