      Pros

      Positive environment with fellow Costco staff making it an enjoyable experience. Senior CDS staff are helpful and really know how to handle the crowds. A nice mix of personalities.

      Cons

      Costco management are fantastic, but CDS mgmt are unresponsive, not particularly supportive when working with vendors with no opportunity to provide any real feedback on how to make things better. Quality of work stagnates and there is little to no opportunity for internal advancement.

      Pros

      independent work, flexible, easy to get the hang of, quick hiring process.

      Cons

      non fixed schedule, often call outs, management isn't the fastest but they try, standing for 4-6 hours a day.

      Able to sample products for lunch breaks. Access to Costco Cafeteria. 6 hour days: great for college student

      Cons

      May not always receive a sellable product. 6 hours of idle standing.
