Pros

decent flexibility free food not bad job while in college (despite 95% of workers are retired women)

Cons

Some bosses were overbearing Shifts were REALLY dependent on what was going on, sometimes a lot, sometimes hardly any Customers at costco are crazy. People getting run over by customers, harassed by them by many things. Costco employees look down on you

independent work, flexible, easy to get the hang of, quick hiring process.

Cons

non fixed schedule, often call outs, management isn't the fastest but they try, standing for 4-6 hours a day.

Able to sample products for lunch breaks. Access to Costco Cafeteria. 6 hour days: great for college student

Cons

May not always receive a sellable product. 6 hours of idle standing.
