Pros
Great team workers. We tend to share information better between each other than with the managers.
Cons
Management communicates poorly to staff members. We don't believe anything that is said to us about reaching our sales targets which is most often near impossible except out of pure luck. CDS should stand for Consumer Derivatives Services. Cooking meat should be well cooked. Sorry no, that's not what chefs do.
