      Pros

      As a workplace, CDS has definitely been one of the most supportive spaces I've been in. Everyone is quite kind and willing to work together, and there are plenty of opportunities. That said, it's a solid place to be in at a good time.

      I do wish the pay was a little bit higher!

      Not a single thing after new ceo and new cfo took advantage of the “worker bee’s”

      Cons

      Only reason why they have reviews for s because they ask new employees to do them. A freaking joke. HR… if you get contact lmk. Every department is entitled and I promise their profits don’t meet your pay. You are treated like a 3rd citizen in a 3rd world country .
