      My Immediate manager, the coworkers who work with me and the work we do. All are very rewarding to work with.

      Cons

      Senior Project Manager is incredibly out of touch with the contract. Their tactics dont seem to mesh well with what is done on the contract. Lack of care to learn what is actively needed on the day to day until people leave and it becomes apparent that information isnt being updated or processed. Unfortunately a big loss of confidence in leadership at this point.

      You have the ability to sell full stack solutions, services and software.

      I have worked at CDW for 10yrs and every single year they have changed the comp plan in a way that makes it harder for sellers to make money (constantly moving the goal post). Prior to 2020 CDW had little to no lay offs now it is happening every six months. They say the reasons is to reduce cost and improve efficiencies BUT as a company our sales continue to grow along with the C-levels pockets.
