Pros
Company has good benefits and wants the best for its employees. The building is nice and for the most part any software needed is provided. Accommodating to special request when in reason. Free snacks along with multiple opportunities to engage with the rest of the company in after hours events.
Cons
Company does not offer much growth outside of personal mastery of your job. There has been some roll over of major positions lately and they have been filled with younger inexperienced workers. This ranges from drafters, engineers, and even up to pseudo department heads. The company has a leadership team that has been with the company their whole careers which isn't a horrible thing, but leads to a one sided point of view. The president seems to have his own agenda that does not have anything to actually do with the company as an engineering and survey firm.
