Pros
The new leadership that has come in has given a new direction for the company that is focused on everything we were lacking. We have a strong focus on employee growth, our customers and a very large renewed focus on increasing innovation. It is a lot of hard work but leadership is listening and we can see the benefits across the groups. Promotion/bonus if you perform well and can make quick changes.
Cons
The direction we are heading is exciting but we need more help to get us there quickly.
