Pros

Pretty relaxed environment, great coworkers in all departments, tasks on day to day or weekly/monthly basis were communicated by management. Management made it a point to communicate to voice our concerns and questions.

Cons

Company going through many changes as of the past year or so and it requires you to adapt---some employees adapt easier than others and you have to manage new methods and practices while juggling people stuck in their old ways. Causes miscommunication and confusion.
