If your a good worker they over load you while you watch others sitting or sleeping on the job.
Too many changes happening at once and no instructions on the changes. The good workers all leave because of management or lack of it and being overworked and under appreciated. Have a hard time getting people in the door and turn them off as soon as they get here.
Your manager might not be in the same state as you this causes huge communication issues. They do not know your product line and don't really care about what your doing but give you huge tasks without any help.
If you do get promoted which is rare here they do not back fill your position quickly and force you to do both while getting a small raise for it. Don't expect a good raise annually.
The director is all about flow charts and doing busy work that just stresses people out and doesn't get results.
You see engineering working there butts off and then you see one guy sleeping all of the time at his desk reaping a paycheck from the backs of others.
