Pros
I enjoyed my time at CECO, a lot of great people around the company. There are different brands and products within CECO so make sure to see how you are going to fit in with the specific brand/products within CECO. Throughout my time in CECO I saw improvement and getting much better at working together across the company which was great to see.
Cons
A lot of change within CECO in terms of reorganizing the roles of the higher up employees.
