Complacent Engineering in new design ideas and features. First class Engineering people in systematic controls. Genuine Principle Engineering on staff

Drawings incomplete version. No real strong field manger training to field service level people, no narrative or ISA sheet data only pasted; responsibility and blame goes to commissioning field service personal on site, when start up condition becomes problematic. In end - dishonest and heartless Sales and Technical people. Absolute no care for safety.
