Our company has been experiencing significant growth over the last year, and the leadership team recognizes and appreciates the fortitude of the CECO team to deliver for customers and each other during this time. To ensure our competitiveness in market we performed a global compensation review in 2022 to ensure our employees were being compensated competitively. As a result of this initiative, we did increase our annual merit pool to above market rates to allow for adjustments that recognize employee performance and contributions above and beyond market standards. Additionally, in 2021 we rolled out a professional growth and development program worldwide, using LinkedIn Learning and partnerships with educational institutions to support and promote employee growth within the company. This year we are building on what we started last year by implementing culture and leadership training across the organization to further promote our positive work environment and build the skills of our internal leadership.
