Cons
Slow moving approval cycles. Like every large machine, things are heavy and move slower than they should. Bureaucracy, transformation, technology enhancements along with obstables at the regional and headquarters level can sometimes appear out of touch and innadvertantly slow down momemtum needlessly. Growing pains that can and most likely will be improved over time.
