Industry leader with the opportunity to be exposed to multiple facets of the logistics industry
Cons
Overtime pay, promotions, and raises are rarely available. The company hires from the outside much more than promoting within for senior management. It is very easy to get "pigeon-holed" into one position at this company and management is not afraid to ask salaried employees for 120% with little to nothing in return. The work environment is very static.
