Pros
Pay is to market, benefits in line, no sick time you would need to use your vacation time. The employees themselves are good, hardworking folks.
Cons
Management constantly changing in North America. If you are not the select preferred or riding on someones coat-tails you will go into work fearing that you will be fired on a daily basis. You get what you pay for. How you treat employees is what type of employee you get.
