We are working hard to develop and promote the right mix of staff to help manage the growing workload (also hiring a lot of staff)! I'm proud to say we have very little involuntary turnover (AKA Lay offs) over the last few years. We work hard to keep our staff employed, primarily in technical work that interests them and when required, with options for something that bridges the gap between those passion projects.
I have to disagree with the talent, I think we have some of the best and brightest - but I do know we can always improve, and one bad experience can ruin a customer (or employee's) perception of us. I wish we left a better impression but know we are always looking to improve our employees internally and by hiring the best!
We also take pride in our accommodating employee's work life balance, from using PPL & flexing time to donating leave to those in need. We are disappointed you did not have that experience and will be diligent in getting informal feedback from staff to make sure that others are not feeling that way!
