Pros
- Coworkers are nice and most of them are competent - Work is very easy as long as you can read basic English - Insurance is fantastic - Direct managers are usually nice and will try and keep upper management off your back - It's really hard to get fired so no worries
Cons
- Pay is way too low and the only possible increase is the once-a-year 3% - Quotas are artificially inflated - IT is largely incompetent and the system is often down for hours - It's really hard to get fired so you're stuck with incompetent coworkers until they decide to leave - Competent people will only stay until they find a better paying job - Being promoted to management is more a threat than a reward - If you try their career ladder, you'll be given more work (including being on call 24/7) at the same pay
