Pros

The Health Benefits. Co-workers from all over the world

Cons

Racist culture: This company intentionally hires international staff. However, this is exploited when business guests visit the office. The CEO pressures non white staff to explain their hereditary background to strangers as a point to show off the company's diversity and his benevolence of "giving them a chance" He has frequently commented that immigrants work harder than any other person of color and will make these colleagues admit that they worked retail or at a restaurant before coming to CGFNS There is very few people of color in management positions. However, this company is known to hire young under-experienced white staff and push them to management rolls. Meanwhile leaving behind people of color working on advance degrees and years dedicated to CGFNS. It's obvious and quite sad seeing that upper management keeps a close eye on each person's resume. Noncompetitive Pay: You will see a 1-2 dollar difference in company rolls. which isn't fair to some of the rolls that have a research element to them. If you have to find a job, i'd advise to go into data entry. Generally the pay is about 10K- 15K under any other credential company. Constant Goal Post Moving: Nothing is good enough. Goals are inflated to impossible numbers. Turn over: you will see a new face bimonthly

Pros

Great pay. Good benefits. CEO is a pleasure to work with and has a great open door policy. The position was enjoyable and appreciated the collaboration of coworkers.

Cons

Direct was not clear from Supervisors and they were always changing the guidelines without advising the employees prior to doing so. Did not seem there was any oversight of how the Supervisors were managing and they needed to do better in that department.
