Pros

The benefits aren't bad, they give extra pto for exercising regularly and 401k matching. You can elect for 4 10 hour days.

Cons

The training for new employees is terrible and basically non existent. If you have a masters degree in accounting you only start at 41k which is basically minimum wage for that education level, I almost doubled my salary when I left. They give you a measly 3 percent for passing the CPA. It takes 3 to 5 years to get a promotion in the auditing department, there were people there for 5 years still making under the 48k overtime threshold. Auditors just sit at a cube all day and do the exact same thing every day, it's so boring. I don't know how people waste their lives away in the auditing positions. Employees with 20 years are mere supervisors and are not even considered managers in the organization so they are very far down the organizational chart. I was personally sexually harassed and HR did not do enough to stop it. Someone took a photo of me on the toilet. Please look for other jobs before settling at CGS, there is a reason the turnover there is so high. Just look at other reviews to see how other employees feel the same way as me.
