Pros

Management in my office seems to try hard for the most part. Vacation Time is adequate. Low call volume compared to most call centers approximately 30-45 calls a day, but longer duration than other call centers. Very involved with community/charity fundraising.

Cons

Temp employees make more than permanent employees, Once you are trained and have 6 months of experience under your belt, you are essentially on your own. Hardly any training yet held accountable for any new regulations that medicare comes up with. Most employees stuck in same position for many years and turned down promotions. Very high turnover.

Great work environment and team. Great people. Work life balance and benefits are emphasized.

Cons

Some days you'll have to stay longer than your usual schedule. Some processes are quite tedious and scrutinized.
