Not an employee friendly company - Claims Supervisor CGS Administrators Employee Review

Poor pay for workload expectations, doesn't pay for experience when hiring, temp employees made less when they became permanent employees, layers of processes that overlap and don't connect creating duplication of work, no room for employees to make errors learning job due to cut throat metrics environment. Don't go there if looking for long term employment.
