None really. Coworkers are friendly.

Cons

They do not train you at all because everyone is so busy. The direct supervisors seem to care but beyond them management is useless and could really care less about thier employees. We were worked out of getting raises or our bonus. The manager in our office told us if we didn't like it find a new job. High turnover,mandatory overtime with no compensation, extremely low pay for auditors salary.
