Chaotic Mess - Anonymous employee CGS Administrators Employee Review

Upper management is too focused on numbers and metrics instead of employee relationships. CGS continues to cut staff and combine functions in order to lower costs. Many employees, including middle management, are barely able to tread water with all the multi-tasking they are required to do. There is too much compartmentalization between departments and management requires double and triple redundancies in reporting.
